Dr. Garrett Olive
Dr. Garrett Olive is a native of Dickson, OK. For his undergraduate studies, Dr. Olive attended the University of Oklahoma where he earned a degree in Zoology. Dr. Olive furthered his studies by attending the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, where he earned his degree as a Doctor of Dental Surgery with distinction.
Community involvement is important to Dr. Olive. He was a member of the Staples Society and chaired the Big Brothers / Big Sisters committee. Dr. Olive also has a dedication to continuing education. Currently, he is furthering his studies to be able to provide braces and early orthodontics.
Dr. Olive and his wife, Myshal, have three daughters. The Olives are actively involved in their church community. They are eager to see the path the Lord has planned for them.
Dr. Mariah Newman
Mariah Newman, DMD, is a general dentist at Midtown Dental of Woodward in Woodward, Oklahoma. She is originally from Florida, where she spent most of her life in Port St. Lucie. She began her career in dental hygiene after earning an Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene from Indian River State College, followed by a Bachelor of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from St. Petersburg College. After several years working as a dental hygienist, she pursued her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Roseman University College of Dental Medicine in South Jordan, Utah.
Dr. Newman is passionate about helping patients achieve optimal oral health and restoring confidence through their smiles. She has participated in community outreach efforts including Team Smile events, free dental days, and providing care through Donated Dental in Salt Lake City.
Outside of dentistry, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, crocheting, and life at home with her husband, five children, a golden retriever, a French bulldog, and two guinea pigs. She and her family also hope to one day expand into a small farm with chickens, rabbits, and goats. Dr. Newman looks forward to serving you at Midtown Dental!
